Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?

A confirmation with the details of your reservation will be instantly sent to the email provided.

How can I pay for the service?

We accept all major credit card companies’ cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
All processed with the security of Elavon Payment Processing encription.

What if I need to keep the car a bit longer than the agreed date and time?

As per our rental agreement the length of the rental terms can be shortened or extended upon the agreement of both parties.

Do you have mileage limit?

Yes, we have a daily limit of km.
Please review your reservation details for the amount of km included daily and the fee for extra km.

What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?

We don’t believe in unfair hidden and fine print.
The price you see at the moment of creating your reservation is the price you pay.
Car rented include various futures. Please refer to the description of each car category for details.

Can I change the car during the pickup?

If your travel plans changed and you need to change the vehicle type we will do our best to accommodate your request upon car availability.
Extra fees may apply.

Cancelation policy

The email with your reservation details and confirmation number contains a link to the cancelation page.
You may cancel up to 72 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your pick-up time, a $75 CAD fee will be assessed.
Credits will be applied to the same card with which you prepaid.
Customers that fail to show for a reservation will be charged 50% of the rental cost, for a minimum of $75 CAD.

Can I drop the car after business hours?

After business hours drop off is available. Please inquire the details about after hours drop off location at the time of the pick-up of your car rental.

Prohibited Uses

Rental vehicles may not be used:

  • by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted
  • for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
  • to carry persons or property for hire
  • to push or tow anything
  • to exceed any posted speed limits
  • in any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, demonstration, or on or near any racetrack or road course
  • to teach anyone to drive on any unpaved surface

The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.
